We are looking for Native English Tutors with a strong academic background that are creative and outgoing. We help our tutors looking for advice with lesson plans and material, as well as offering ideas on how to create a progress plan that will help achieve our students'learning objectives. If you have a positive attitude and are experienced in tutoring or teaching feel free to send through your CV.
How to improve your chances of becoming an RBT Tutor?
- A positive and likeable individual that works well with others.
- Be an outgoing individual with good communications skills with staff, parents and students.
- Well-disciplined in their applied subject and has experience providing engaging lesson plans of their own design in either a school or in a home tutoring capacity.
- Eager to help students in Hong Kong achieve their goals by keeping track of their progress.
- Have a strong academic background and hold a degree from an English University. If you are applying for a specific discipline outside of English, you must present a high level of knowledge and experience within your chosen field.
- Be creative and adaptable to tuition plans. We offer our clients private home tuition and so we ask that our tutors have skills suited to teaching students within a home environment.
